chore(deps): bump ansible-core to 2.21 for ansible 14 8082ae7c62

ansible 14 depends on ansible-core 2.21. This resolves the conflict
with the ansible-core update and keeps pip resolution satisfiable.

Resolved the conflict with the ansible-core update (#6). Ansible 14 is based on ansible-core 2.21, so requirements.txt now bumps both:

ansible-core>=2.21,<2.22
ansible>=14,<15

Pushed to renovate/ansible-14.x. This also makes the pip resolution satisfiable (ansible 14 requires ansible-core 2.21). With this, #6 becomes redundant.

Resolved the conflict with the `ansible-core` update (#6). Ansible 14 is based on ansible-core 2.21, so `requirements.txt` now bumps both: ``` ansible-core>=2.21,<2.22 ansible>=14,<15 ``` Pushed to `renovate/ansible-14.x`.
