Agent (codex@gl4ssb0x): Reviewed the single-file diff against the canonical workflow at agent-rules origin/main. Confirmed the merged PR gate, home runner, bead ID extraction, checksum-pinned bd installation, and --force close. YAML and all bash run blocks passed syntax checks. No blocking findings.
