In the irssi preview pane, /quote was cleared on Enter and had to be typed again.

Up / Down walk past input lines, like irssi. Duplicate lines in a row are stored once. Down past the newest clears the field.
Tab completes a partial command (/q → /quote). Tab only stops focus moving when there is something to complete, so keyboard users can still tab out.

Tests: new cases in studio/tests/irc-quote.test.js. All CI tests pass locally.
