Adds a Review: self-merge section to AGENTS.md:

No Keeper. Author merges after CI passes.
Other hard rules still hold.
PRs that can lose data or lock Daniel out still go to Eden.

The marker matches work-jvdu, which teaches review-merge to honor it.

This widens what agents may do: in mossfire, agents would merge their own PRs with no Keeper review. Daniel asked for it in the session. But asking for the work is not a go-ahead to merge.

Risk: a bad change lands with no second look. Mossfire is an art repo, so the risk is low. PRs that can lose data or lock Daniel out still go to Eden.
