Adds a git button at the right end of the studio top bar. It opens https://git.valid.dk/daniel/mossfire in a new tab.

On hover or focus, a small moss sprout grows from the branch tip and the button border turns green. With reduced motion, it just appears.

studio/index.html: the link with a branch + sprout SVG.
studio/app.css: button style and the sprout animation.
studio/README.md: one line about it.

Tests: all studio tests pass locally. Checked in headless Chromium.
