Save updates now occupy a fixed, muted line beneath undo/history, so “Saving…” and saved timestamps no longer shift the header. A small Aa disclosure beside the theme name opens the font selector, with keyboard access, Escape and outside dismissal.

Validation: all repository tests and generated-data freshness passed. Chromium checks verified stable toolbar bounds, font selection/undo and dismissal, storage failures, and font/history panels at 320–1280px; desktop and narrow screenshots inspected.

Normal art-project UI work: author squash-merge after current-head CI passes.
